Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your The Skill Genie account and the personal data attached to it at any time. You do not need the mobile app installed to make this request.

How to request deletion

Email connect@evolvexinnovations.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address or mobile number on the account, so we can verify it is yours.
We verify the request, delete your data, and email you to confirm — normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

•Profile details — name, email address, mobile number, city, education and employment information
•Learning progress, roadmaps and Elite Mastery reading history
•Assessment, coding and mock interview results, including AI feedback
•AI Tutor conversation history
•Resumes and any files you uploaded
•Saved notes
•Account credentials and session data

What we have to keep

A small amount of information is kept because the law requires it, or because deleting it would break something you or your institution still rely on. It is not used to contact you or to personalise anything.

Invoices and completed payment records

Up to 8 years — required by Indian tax and accounting law

Certificates already issued to you

Retained so that issued certificates remain verifiable

Records held by your college or institution about its own students

Controlled by that institution, not by The Skill Genie

Security and server logs

A limited period, for security and fraud investigation

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Your learning history, interview reports and unused credits cannot be restored afterwards, and unused credits are not refundable on deletion. If you only want to stop receiving emails, or to correct something on your profile, write to us instead — we can do that without closing your account.
