01Taxes
Prices mentioned are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST shall be charged as applicable under the Goods and Services Tax laws in India.
02Activation of Services
The Skill Genie subscriptions, Bootcamp enrollments, platform access, learning credits, AI feature access, premium learning modules, assessments, certifications, and other purchased services shall be activated only after successful payment confirmation and receipt of cleared funds by EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS.
03SaaS Platform
The Skill Genie is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) learning, skill development, career readiness, and employability platform. Access is provided on a subscription, institutional, enterprise, Bootcamp, usage-based, or other commercially agreed basis and remains valid only for the purchased or contractually agreed duration. The platform may include features such as AI-powered learning assistance, personalized learning paths, coding practice, assessments, mock interviews, resume evaluation, skill analytics, certifications, career guidance, and other educational services, subject to the entitlements of the applicable subscription or agreement.
04Subscription Scope
Access to The Skill Genie features, including but not limited to AI-powered learning, Bootcamps, LaunchPad learning tracks, TechExplorer, practice assessments, coding challenges, mock interviews, resume evaluation, AI career guidance, skill analytics, certifications, learning reports, and other platform capabilities, shall be governed by the limits, duration, and entitlements of the purchased subscription plan, institutional agreement, enterprise agreement, or other applicable commercial arrangement.
05Plan Limits and Usage
Access to learning modules, Bootcamp enrollments, AI feature usage, assessments, coding challenges, mock interviews, resume evaluations, certifications, storage, user seats, institutional licenses, learning credits, and other platform entitlements may vary depending on the subscribed plan or commercial agreement. Usage beyond the included limits may require the purchase of additional subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or plan upgrades.
06Non-Refundable Payments
All subscription fees, Bootcamp fees, course fees, institutional subscription fees, enterprise plan fees, learning credits, AI feature credits, implementation charges, onboarding fees, setup fees, custom development charges, certification fees, and any other payments made to EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required under applicable law.
07No Cancellation After Payment
No cancellation is permitted after successful payment confirmation and activation of the applicable subscription, Bootcamp enrollment, course access, add-on, institutional plan, enterprise plan, or any other purchased service. Once activated, the purchase cannot be cancelled, reversed, or converted into cash.
08No Transfer or Exchange
Purchased subscriptions, Bootcamp enrollments, platform licenses, learning credits, AI feature access, assessments, mock interview credits, certifications, institutional licenses, add-ons, or other entitlements cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another individual, institution, or organization, or adjusted against future purchases unless explicitly approved in writing by EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS.
09Expiry of Unused Entitlements
Any unused learning credits, AI feature credits, assessments, mock interview attempts, certifications, platform licenses, add-ons, Bootcamp access, course access, or remaining subscription validity shall expire in accordance with the applicable purchased plan, validity period, or commercial agreement and shall not be eligible for refund, carry-forward, or extension unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS.
10Customer Billing Information
The customer, institution, organization, or individual subscriber is responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information, including legal entity name, student or organization details where applicable, GSTIN (if applicable), billing address, authorized contact details, and any other information required before invoice generation.
11Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made towards The Skill Genie subscriptions, Bootcamp enrollments, course fees, institutional plans, enterprise plans, implementation services, onboarding services, learning credits, AI feature credits, assessments, certifications, add-ons, or any other services are final. No Refunds, No Cancellations, and No Transfers are permitted after successful payment, except where required under applicable law.
12AI-Powered Features
The Skill Genie may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide personalized learning recommendations, AI tutoring, career guidance, resume evaluation, mock interviews, coding assistance, skill assessments, learning analytics, progress tracking, certifications, content recommendations, reports, and other learning- and career-related functions. AI-generated outputs are intended to assist learning, skill development, and career preparation and should not be treated as the sole basis for academic, professional, employment, certification, or other high-impact decisions.
13User Responsibility for Learning and Career Decisions
Users, institutions, organizations, and other customers remain solely responsible for reviewing learning materials, validating AI-generated recommendations, verifying assessment outcomes, evaluating certifications, and making their own academic, professional, career, or employment-related decisions. EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS does not guarantee successful course completion, certification, academic performance, job placement, employment opportunities, interview success, career advancement, or any specific learning outcome through the use of The Skill Genie.
14Accuracy of AI Outputs
While reasonable efforts are made to improve the quality and reliability of AI-powered features, EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS does not warrant that AI-generated explanations, recommendations, learning paths, coding assistance, resume evaluations, mock interview feedback, assessments, scores, reports, certifications, summaries, or other outputs will always be complete, accurate, error-free, unbiased, or suitable for every educational, professional, or career-related context.
15User Data and Lawful Use
The customer, institution, organization, or individual user is responsible for ensuring that student information, resumes, educational records, assessment data, coding submissions, GitHub information, certifications, learning progress, contact information, and any other personal data uploaded, collected, processed, or used through The Skill Genie are handled with appropriate authority, notice, consent, or other lawful basis as required under applicable law.
16Communication Services
The Skill Genie may send account, subscription, payment, learning, assessment, certification, and other service-related communications through supported communication channels. Delivery and availability of such communications may depend on third-party service providers. EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS does not guarantee uninterrupted or timely delivery of communications.
17Third-Party Services
Certain The Skill Genie features may integrate with or depend upon third-party services, including payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, artificial intelligence providers, code repositories, analytics services, email providers, and other external systems. EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS shall not be responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, delivery failures, outages, restrictions, suspensions, or other issues directly caused by such third-party providers.
18Acceptable Use
Users shall not misuse The Skill Genie for unlawful activities, academic misconduct, cheating, plagiarism, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access, security attacks, platform abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, or third-party rights.
19Account Security
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials and all activities conducted through their The Skill Genie account. Any suspected unauthorized access or security incident should be reported promptly to EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS.
20Service Availability
EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of The Skill Genie. However, uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security requirements, technical failures, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
21Technical Support
Technical support shall be provided during official business hours in accordance with the support scope, service level, and entitlements of the subscribed plan, institutional agreement, or applicable commercial agreement.
22Plan and Feature Changes
EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS reserves the right to update, modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or restructure The Skill Genie platform features, subscription plans, usage limits, integrations, AI capabilities, learning content, and service offerings. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription shall be handled in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement and applicable law.
23Suspension or Termination for Misuse
EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to The Skill Genie where there is suspected fraud, payment default, unlawful activity, academic misconduct, security risk, platform abuse, violation of these Terms, or any misuse that may harm the platform, its users, institutions, or third parties.
24Statutory Charges
Any statutory taxes, duties, levies, cess, or government charges introduced or made applicable after the date of invoice shall be payable by the customer wherever applicable.
25Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of The Skill Genie, including loss of data, learning progress, academic outcomes, employment opportunities, certifications, third-party service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
26No Employment or Academic Guarantee
Use of The Skill Genie does not guarantee successful course completion, certifications, academic performance, skill proficiency, internships, employment, interview success, career advancement, or any specific educational or professional outcome.
27Electronic Invoice
Any invoice issued electronically is a computer-generated document and does not require a physical signature, subject to applicable legal and tax requirements.
28Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any transaction relating to The Skill Genie shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from or relating to the subscription, services, or use of The Skill Genie shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
29Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using The Skill Genie, the user, customer, institution, or organization acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable order form, quotation, invoice, proposal, subscription plan, Privacy Policy, or other written agreement executed with EVOLVE X INNOVATIONS.
